WHAT IS THE CURRENT LEAD TIME?

• The current lead time for wholesale orders is 1-6 weeks. The size of the order dictates the lead time. You will be notified of the lead time after the order is placed and confirmation is sent.

WHY IS THERE A LEAD TIME?

• We offer tons of variations, all of which we can not always have stocked. Some product are made to order for wholesale accounts. So, the lead time ensures there are no issues with material shortages or manufacturing interruptions.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

• All of our Kydex products are made in Brookfield, Wisconsin. All of our products fall under the Berry Compliance Amendment but we are not certified. Hardware does come from China but sourced from USA distributors. Mounts come from the USA and Taiwan. 

DO THE PRODUCTS COME ASSEMBLED?

• All products will come assembled to be functional, but the mounting system will come loose in the packaging.

IS RETAIL PACKAGING INCLUDED?

• Retail packaging is included for all wholesale orders, with the exception of OEM clients. Those accounts will be specified on if packaging is included or not.

HOW DO I SIGN MY BUSINESS UP TO BECOME A DEALER?

• You can sign up for a wholesale account by first creating an account on our wholesale site (dealer-mckydex.com) and then filling out the "Dealer Application". After you send that form over, we will evaluate the application and follow up within 24 hours.
